Academic programme

The objective is to educate tomorrow's banking customer service representatives, to educate banking customer service representatives who are capable of taking the initiative and of effectively assisting the upper management of a company.

This academic programme focuses especially on acquiring knowledge of the world of professional banking as well as economics, the mastering of both written and oral communication skills as they apply to the banking professions, skills relating to sales and commercial negotiating, the mastering of the legal framework of banking activity, analysis of applicable fiscal/tax regulation, the mastering of the relevant banking computing tools as well as mastering the totality of the techniques of banking and insurance.

Degree awarded

Upon successful completion of all course requirements, the student is awarded with a BTS in Banking degree (a state-sanctioned degree equivalent to "Bac+2").
