Introduction

The European Union, viewed as a unified economic market, in addition to other large international markets, have become a necessity for French businesses. Facing increasingly agressive foreign competition, businesses must now define an international strategy which allows them to protect their market share and their potential for growth.

Academic programme

Starting with the idea that doing business abroad is one of the fundamental ways for a business to expand, the objectives of this academic programme are the following :

  • - To create managers who are capable of communicating with business people operating within these markets
  • - To master the different elements of the logistics of international contracts
  • - To give these managers an international perspective of the economy

Degree awarded

Upon successful completion of all course requirements, the student is awarded with a BTS in International Business degree (a state-sanctioned degree equivalent to "Bac+2").

  • - Assistant Manager of Exports in a large company
  • - Export or Import Manager in a small to medium size company
