Academic instruction
Academic instruction is geared towards the preparation and performance of cosmetological techniques (the preparation and application of beauty aides and make up, understanding of protocol, of a program of beauty treatments, application of treatments), advising and selling products, of materials and services (means of getting in touch with a prospective client, identification of the needs of the customer, presentation of the products and materials, sales, ways of making the display stand appear valuable), information and instruction (planning and role playing a business transaction, a training session), assistance in the conception and development of products (efficiency tests, qualitity control, launching new products), and finally management and customer relations.
Degree awarded
Upon successful completion of all course requirements, the student is awarded with a BTS in Cosmetology degree (a state-sanctioned degree equivalent to "Bac+2").
