You are rather attracted by research and you plan to pursue a degree higher than a 'Bac+2', the BTSOL degree allows you to apply directly for a professional license in Physiological optics and Optometry, which you can complete by obtaining a master's degree in physiology and even foreseeing, perhaps, a doctoral degree.

CFPO (Professional Instruction Certificate in Optics)

• - The CFPO degree is a two-year academic programme. This programme allows qualified students to begin pursuing this professional certificate at the end of their first year of their BTS studies. The goal of the CFPO academic programme is to grant a priority to practical instruction (assembly, molding into proper shape, optometry, and the taking of accurate measurements), to instruct the basics of physiological optics, geometry and physics, to develop a professional culture, by integrating instruction of marketing and management during the second year of studies.
