Overview of this academic programme
The BTS in Tourism : Sales and Marketing academic programme focuses on mastering communication tools, develops commercial techniques to detect the desires/demands of the customer at every stage of the sale, and it emphasises the importance of having excellent oral and written communication skills, above all in foreign lanaguages. The objective is, consequently, to educate tomorrow's travel agency sales managers.
Degree awarded
Upon successful completion of all course requirements, the student is awarded with a BTS in Tourism : Sales and Marketing degree (a state-sanctioned degree equivalent to "Bac+2").
